Services
Omani Hope offers four main services, however our services can always be tailored to fit the needs of your organization:
GRANT MANAGEMENT
We ensure that your organization's grant funds are being spent and managed appropriately. This includes, but is not limited to assisting your organization being audit ready; creating, updating, and supporting policy and procedures; and providing all grant reporting documentation.
1
PROCESS DEVELOPMENT
This service consists of analyzing and planning the program based on your needs or the needs of your funding source. We will then design the program by integrating new systems while reviewing stages of development. The next step will be to ensure that the program is ready to launch by reviewing data and assessing errors. Lastly, we will create training, policy, and procedure for the new program.
3
COMPLIANCE
Our compliance services will support your business in complying with relevant laws, regulations, and internal procedures. This can include: review of safety manuals, employee policy and procedures, auditing specific funding services, grant requirement compliance, and actions plans.
2
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
During process improvement we will evaluate relevant data to cultivate goals and objectives for your business. We will also hold strategic planning events to meet your needs and impact identified areas or goals. Another part of process improvement includes action planning which will cultivate action plans based on assessments of your areas of needs.
